Admin Per Se License Suspension for an AZ DUI

A DUI Admin Per Se License Suspension for an Arizona DUI is a 90-day suspension which the Arizona MVD may impose against a person’s Arizona driver’s license or privilege to drive, even if they have not been nor may ever be convicted in court of DUI.  The suspension is as a result of the person being arrested for a suspected DUI and then being required to submit to a chemical test (breath, blood or urine) for alcohol and/or drugs.  The suspension may go into effect even if the police do not obtain test results, or if the test results show an alcohol level below the legal limit of .08%, or no drugs are found.
