Recent study rates the most dangerous driving distractions.

3/9/16  A recent Virginia Tech study lists the most dangerous distraction while driving to be cell phone dialing, increasing the risk of an accident by 12 times.  In decreasing order of dangerousness, the study rated these other common distractions: reading/writing, or driving while crying/angry (10 times), reaching for something other than a cell phone (9 times), texting (6 times), reaching for a cell phone (5 times), and browsing a phone/email (3 times).  The study goes on to compare those risks beside the increased risk while driving under the influence or drugs or alcohol (36 times).
